What is Accessibility?

Web accessibility indicates the capacity to access the website and its content by the greatest number of users, independent of user browsing context or disability.

By "browsing context" we mean devices, browsers, Internet connection speed, peripherals, browser or equipment configuration, environmental conditions, etc. "Disability", however, refers to visual, auditory, motor or cognitive deficiencies.
