Designed in 1920 by the renowned architect James Miller, this is one of the most striking buildings in Glasgow. In 2007 it was significantly renovated, retaining the original facade and the ground floor, the original headquarters of the Union Bank of Scotland.

Inside there are 7 floors of offices created using a complex 700 ton steel structure. This is finished off with a terrace and a glazed high technology top floor which offers a unique panoramic view over the city.

Other features of the building include the installation of intelligent high speed passenger lifts and underground parking equipped with an automatic vehicle parking system.
